A 100% refund will be issued for any cancellations made up to 48 hours before the first dive date.
A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the tour.
No refund will be made for cancellations made within 1 Day of your activity taking place, you will be charged in full (or the remaining balance if only a deposit was paid). No credit will be issued. Aqua Vision requires 72 Hours notice to not be charged balance.
Groups of 10 or more & Private Charters must cancel at least 7 Days prior or may be charged in full unless otherwise agreed by Aqua Vision. A 20% Cancellation fee will be charged for ANY cancellation. A 10% Cancellation fee will apply to all Day Boat Tours. If your deposit is greater than $150, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
Bad Weather: In case of adverse weather or water conditions, Aqua Vision will try to arrange either a dive tour at an alternate site, or on an alternate date. If this is not possible we will issue a full refund. The decision to cancel any tour due to weather will be made exclusively by Aqua Vision, no refund whatsoever will be given for no shows or guests who cancel their own tour.
All Scuba Diving Instruction requires a medical questionnaire to be completed. It will ask health questions such as lung problems, ear problems, high blood pressure, etc. If there are any medical issues you answer "yes" to you will be required to have a doctor's note clearing you to dive. It is your responsibility to be "cleared" to dive. No refunds will be given if disqualified from diving due to medical reasons after your arrival in Krabi. In order to provide you continued access to the best dive sites and due to the rising cost of fuel, all of our tours include a fuel fee, any percentage based discounts offered on our tours are calculated excluding the fuel costs for the tour.
