PADI Open Water Diver - The Worlds Number One Dive Course!
The Open Water Dive course is your ticket to a lifetime of diving with PADI & Aqua Vision. As a certified PADI Open Water Diver, the most widely recognized and respected rating in the world, you have the freedom to dive at any time, anywhere without professional supervision. If you already tried a PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience or are PADI Scuba Diver certified, you can credit these courses towards the open water program.
What do I need to start?
Virtually anyone who is in good health, reasonably fit, and comfortable in the water can earn a PADI Open Water Diver certification. If you are between 10 and 14 or have a child between these ages, there is a PADI Junior Open Water Diver program available.
What will I do?
During the course, you learn the fundamentals of diving, including dive equipment and skills. You earn the license after taking five short pool dives and theory sessions and by making four open water dives in the beautiful Andaman Sea.
How long will it take?
PADI programs are performance based. You proceed as you demonstrate mastery of the course skills which allows you to work at a pace that is comfortable for you.
What Wuill I Need To Bring?
Everything you need is provided by Aqua Vision–PADI Open Water Manual, dive tables, Log Book and on the Premium courses we'll even lend you a DVD so you can watch the course videos in the comfort of your own hotel room.
How Much Does It cost?
Not Much! Thailand is still a very cost effective place to learn to dive, with food and accommodation available at knock down prices, and with our two tier pricing plan you can choose wether you want to go for a no frills basic course or pay a little extra for a private instructor and a course tailored to your personal needs.
